Welcome to Saharra Dixon Coaching & Consulting Services
Grief is complex, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Through creative expression, storytelling, and compassionate support, I hold space for your healing—at your own pace and on your own terms.
After my father died in 2021, I leaned into the creativity and artistry that he nurtured to guide myself through the trauma and grief. Now, I help other people with their grief. Whether you're mourning the loss of a loved one, a pet, or navigating life's transitions, I'm here for you to help you make sense of it and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Although I work with all minoritized populations (women, queer, disabled, Black/Brown/Indigenous), a guiding framework to my coaching is Combined Axes of personal and Collective Grief Among African Americans, developed by Da’Mere T. Wilson, PhD & Mary Frances O’Connor, PhD. The combined axes of personal and collective grief refers to the interconnected ways we experience loss—both individually and as part of larger communities, cultures, and histories.
Grief is rarely experienced in isolation. Our personal losses are shaped by the histories, struggles, and collective mourning of the communities we belong to. Likewise, collective grief often becomes deeply personal, influencing our identities and emotional landscapes.
I use tools like storytelling, art-making, Afrofuturism, and narrative work to help you process grief in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. Together, we explore not just what has been lost, but what can be reclaimed, reimagined, and honored.
