 I provide coaching that helps you understand your urges, reduce shame, and build sustainable coping strategies—without focusing on just "stopping."

Coaching with me is an empowering supplement and alternative (not a replacement) to traditional therapy—a space designed for those seeking focused support from someone who truly gets it. While I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, my goal is to help you become a better, more sustainable version of yourself. 


Using concepts and skills from traditional tools like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and psychodrama, blended with tools like motivational interviewing, Theatre of the Oppressed, and art-making,  I create a dynamic and creative approach tailored to your unique journey. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and unlock your potential for growth and healing.  I'll also be a good fit for you if you're interested in interrogating systems, cultural norms, or intersectional-based factors.

Let's start the journey with a 3-session coaching plan (3 x 55 minute sessions) or a 1-session plan tailored to your needs. 

what is health coaching and how does it differ from therapy?

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth, self-discovery, and goal achievement. Unlike therapy, which focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, coaching provides guidance, tools, and accountability to help you build sustainable strategies for transformation and self-care. 


Coaching helps individuals overcome life stressors and transitions. Issues that are discussed in therapy are also, often, discussed in coaching. At times, coaching and its benefits can feel similar to therapy, however coaching is not conducted in a clinical setting and does not involve clinical diagnoses or medical treatment for diagnosed mental health concerns. 


Whether dealing with a mental health condition or not, we all collect messages, beliefs, fears, insecurities, and blocks along the way. Coaching helps uncover and remove these blocks. My coaching is not a substitute for therapy, but rather an alternative for those looking for additional support from someone who understands their journey and can provide tangible tools, tips, tricks, and accountability.

3-Session Coaching Plan

Let's start with a 3-session coaching plan aimed to help you lessen the distress in your life, harness self-compassion, confront shame and stigma, and explore tools that align with your values and vision for life. 

Includes:

✔️ Three (3) 55-minute private coaching sessions via Google Meets (globally) or in person (Maryland)
✔️ In-depth exploration of your needs and personal growth themes
✔️ Customized tools, tips, and tricks

✔️ Reflection prompts & creative exercises
✔️ Email check-ins between sessions for extra support

Investment: $375 ($125 per session) payment plans and/or sliding scale available on case-by-case basis

1-Session Coaching

Not sure if you're ready to commit to a 3-session coaching plan, but want to connect in a meaningful way? I offer one-off sessions tailored to your needs. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and seek support. 

Includes:

✔️ One 55-minute private coaching sessions via Google Meets (globally) or in person (Maryland)
✔️ In-depth exploration of your needs and personal growth themes
✔️ Customized tools, tips, and tricks

Investment: $150 per session

Return and Refund Policy

Saharra Dixon Coaching & Consulting services are non-refundable. By utilizing this virtual peer health coaching service you agree to the medical disclaimer, found in your onboarding package (i.e. client agreement and intake form) sent to you via email and found on this website upon booking my services.  I understand life happens, so I am willing and able to reschedule our coaching sessions to better meet your needs. Thank you!
